MENTORSHIP AWARD

WHO CAN ENTER

In 2020, the MPI Organization initiated the prestigious Mentorship Award honoring  our industries mentors and educators.  

To submit images  for the MPI IIC Mentorship Award - the following rules apply. 

RULES

1.  You must be a Master Photographer from any of the professional photography associations or organizations.

2. Have successfully hosted workshops or you have  presented workshops for a professional organization or association in the photographic industry for nothing less than years. 

3. Alternately to hosting workshops, have mentored numerous photographers for 10 or more years

4. Images submitted have been created from a workshop you have hosted and the images have been captured by you during one of your workshop presentations, this includes private sessions to a student. 

Image naming should be as follows

CAN I ENTER IF I AM JUDGING?

Yes, we encourage our judges to enter. Judging for the MPI IIC Mentorship Award will be from outside sources and to be announced. 

5. You may enter as many images in any of the 6 Categories.  No class is necessary.
6.
Can I enter images I have entered in the regular part of the competition? Yes you may enter images that have been entered prior in the Category and Class Awards. 
7. Image size - 3000 pixels on the longest side. 
8. Successful winning image must score a Silver Award or higher.
